In no event will the Company be liable or responsible to Customer, or be deemed to have defaulted under or breached these License Terms, for any failure or delay in fulfilling or performing any term of these Terms, when and to the extent such failure or delay is caused by any circumstances beyond our reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”), including, but not limited to, acts of God, flood, fire, earthquake or explosion, war, terrorism, invasion, riots or other civil unrest, embargoes or blockades, shortage of telecommunications services.
9. Fees & Payments
The user will be charged a fixed cost per contact based on the chosen service model, including a one time setup fee which will be billed in prior to the first month of service. Billing cycles are set on a monthly basis.
At the end of each billing cycle the Service Agreement will automatically renew under the same conditions unless either party cancels the agreement giving the other party 30 days written notice.
Company in its sole discretion and at any time may modify its pricing model, payment policy and rate card. Company will provide you with a reasonable prior notice before such changes become effective.
You shall provide the Company with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information.

11. Disclaimer
11.1 The Company shall not be responsible for any performance or service problems caused by any third party service provider (including, for example, your web service provider service,, your software and/or any updates or upgrades to that software). Any such problem shall be governed solely by the agreement between you and that provider.
11.2 While the Company uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information on its website, the Company makes no warranties or representations as to its accuracy. The Company assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of the website.
